Mimosa Reminds Me of Home

This abstract floral captures my feelings about memories of home - when the mimosa blooms here, it is very fleeting, lasting maybe only a couple of weeks. But the scent reminds me of the giant wattle tree we had in our front yard, so I am transported back to simpler days, warm sunshine and blue skies.
