This painting is all about my confusion over the British expression ‘you won’t feel the benefit’ if you keep your scarf or coat on indoors. I am always feeling the cold, so I am often rugged up. So this is me having a little giggle to myself that sometimes, we just rebel and keep our scarves on indoors. Even if people are trying to tell us not to because we won’t feel The Benefit!
